Nirvana Collective's holistic psychotherapy approach is centred on the belief that inner healing and personal growth encompass the mind, body, and soul. We create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their own experiences, emphasising the importance of "the self" in the therapeutic relationship. We embrace mindfulness and self-awareness as tools for self-discovery, and encourage collaboration between therapist and client.

 

Our integrative approach blends evidence-based methods (MFT, T-CBT, SFBT, TA, CT-RT, RA) with holistic traditions, adapting to each client's unique needs. By adopting a systemic approach to our therapy, we aim to cultivate resilience and well-being, helping individuals thrive in the face of life's challenges. As a mental wellness professionals, we aim to provide therapy services tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. By utilising a range of techniques and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Reality Therapy (RT) and Redecision Analysis (RA), we will work together to to achieve your therapeutic goals by exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a safe and non-judgmental space.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related stressors, here at Nirvana Collective, we strive to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship that empowers you to make positive changes in your life.

We also specialise in providing trauma-care for victims of physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, who struggle with suicidal ideation.

COUPLE

We provide couples therapy services that aim to strengthen relationships and improve communication between partners.

 

Our trained therapists work with couples to identify and address any underlying issues that may be causing distress or conflict in their relationship. We utilise a range of approaches, such as Emotion Focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman method, and mindfulness-based interventions, to help couples develop healthier communication patterns, increase empathy and understanding, and learn practical tools for managing conflicts and stressors.

 

Our goal is to support couples in creating a more fulfilling and satisfying relationship, where both partners feel heard, valued, and supported.

CHILDREN

At Nirvana Collective, we provide child therapy services dedicated to nurturing the socio-emotional well-being and development of children. Our skilled therapists create a safe and compassionate space where children can express their thoughts and feelings freely.

 

By combining traditional talk-therapy with age-appropriate interventions such as Play Therapy, Symbol-Work, and Art Therapy,  we help children navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioural issues, and school-related difficulties.

 

Our therapists work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to provide comprehensive support and guidance, fostering a positive environment for a child's growth and emotional resilience. Our goal is to empower children to build self-confidence, emotional regulation skills, and effective coping mechanisms for a brighter, healthier future.

FAMILY

At Nirvana Collective, we provide family therapy and mediation services that aim to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and promote overall family well-being. Our trained therapists work with families to identify and address any underlying issues that may be causing tension or conflict within the family system.

 

We utilise a range of evidence-based approaches, such as Family Systems Therapy (FST) and Solution-Focused Family Therapy (SSFT) to help families develop healthier communication patterns, increase empathy and understanding, and learn practical tools for managing conflicts and stressors. Our goal is to support families in creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone can thrive and grow together.
